Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Spoken English Trainer

to join our Bhubaneswar team. You will play a vital role in preparing young adults for employment by enhancing their communication, confidence, and fluency in English. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a classroom setting, connects easily with youth, and is committed to their long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging and effective

Spoken English sessions

for batches of 25-30 students Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching methods accordingly Provide

individual mentorship

and feedback to support students' personal development Share session updates and learner progress with the

Master Trainer

Collaborate with the team to enhance the curriculum and teaching strategies Maintain

accurate training records

, attendance, and assessment data Support other Lighthouse initiatives and team activities as needed

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline 1-2 years of experience in

teaching/training

, preferably in

Spoken English or communication skills

Skills:

Strong command of

spoken and written English

Confident classroom presence with

facilitation and presentation skills

Empathetic and youth-friendly approach Comfortable using basic digital tools (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.) Passionate about

youth empowerment

and social impact Open to feedback and continuous learning
