Experience- 10+ Years
Job Location: Odisha (Lanjigarh)
Qualification: B.E/B-Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) + PDIS
Job Purpose
The primary role of the Safety Manager is to advise the Directors and Managers on all safety, health and welfare matters to ensure the Company complies with its statutory obligations.
Accountabilities

• Ensuring Safety of Man, Material & Machine.
• Ensuring 100% using of PPEs

KPI
Zero Accident at working Area
100% Compliance to safety Guideline
100% damaged PPE replacement
Ensuring good quality PPE 100%availability
100% Training of all sites as per Annual Training Plan Calendar
Monthly Reward & Recognition as per criteria
Implementation of machine guarding action plan in a structured manner by BP
Implementation of work at height action plan in a structured manner by BP
Tool tackle availability, healthiness and compliance as per VSAP standard
Critical lift document review by BP
Compliance to safety Guidelines
Statutory compliance.
PPE Audit
Conducting Monthly PPE's Audit with Teams, PPE's Replacement & PPE Stock review & PR Generation
Safety Training Plan
Safety Reward arrangement
VSAP related HSE activity
VSAP HSE module score improvement from by 10 %
Investigation of the Incident
Pertaining to all First-aid and medical treatment cases.
Ensuring all CAPA reports are implemented.
Statutory compliance of plant and equipment
Ensuring competency fitness certificates of all Vaaman lifting tools and tackles.
Functional Skills
Field Knowledge of Working Area, Knowledge of Safety Guidelines & Handling of Area Technicians
Leadership
Change Management/Crisis Management,
Communication Skill and Teamwork.
