We are looking for a well-presented and professional
Receptionist
to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and packages.
Manage the front office area, ensuring it remains clean and organized.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare the meeting area.
Support HR/Admin with documentation when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
