Job Title : Quality Engineer

Location: Mahadevpura, Bangalore

Experience: 2 Years of experience in manufacturing or precision machining industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing quality systems The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection of manufactured components.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, drawings, and customer specifications.

Implement and maintain quality systems and SOPs.

Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with production, engineering, and stores for quality-related issues.

Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.

Monitor rejection, rework, and scrap levels and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or related field.

Strong knowledge of inspection tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM if applicable).

Understanding of ISO quality standards (ISO 9001 preferred).

Experience in team handling and coordination.

Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans

Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality functions


Experience 2 - 3 Years


Salary 3 Lac To 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
