Roles & Responsibilities-
Managing qualitative research Projects (CATI, IDIs) and deliver on time, within budget, adhering to all the quality specifications.
Client Management
- Working closely with clients, Managing Kick off calls to understand project requirements and ensuring all project deliverables are met within stipulated timeline and meeting all the quality standards.
Stakeholder Management - Briefing ops teams on project deliverables, coordinating efficiently with internal and external teams on project requirements, challenges and action items.
Implementation of centralized project processes and timely reporting of all deliverables including daily shift reports, project statistics and such.
Shift Timings:
Rotational Shifts (24*7) [Cabs will be provided].
Working days:
5 days working (Sat, Sun off)
Competencies Required:
1. Must have excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task
2. Solution-oriented approach.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
