?? Demonstrated experience in leading and managing production teams, including
experience in staff training and development.
?? In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and
quality control.Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies applicable to crane
manufacturing.
?? Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
techniques to optimize production processes.
?? Basic Knowledge in production software (e.g., ERP systems).
?? Ability to adapt to changing production demands and unexpected issues effectively.
?? Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed to meet production deadlines
or address urgent issues.
?? Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards for manufacturing (e.g.,
OSHA, ANSI).
