• Working Hours: 8 hours per day

• Working Days: 5 days per week

• Week Offs: 2 days per week

• Leave Cycle: 30 days after completing every 12th month

• Candidate Profile: Product Consultant with 2 years of automobile sales experience

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.

• Provide detailed product demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, financing options, and promotions.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Represent the brand professionally and uphold high standards of customer service.

Requirements
Requirements:

• MBA or B. Tech degree (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales, with exposure to premium brands highly preferred

• Age below 25 years

• Proven track record in sales performance and customer satisfaction

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset
