KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA FOR THE ROLE-

The roles and responsibilities of a principal in a girls' residential school are multifaceted and crucial for the smooth operation and success of the institution.

Administrative Responsibilities

:

School Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Policy Implementation

: Implement and enforce school policies and regulations, including those specific to the residential aspect of the school.

Budget Management

: Prepare and manage the school budget, ensuring the proper allocation of resources.

Staff Supervision

: Hire, train, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff, ensuring they are motivated and performing their duties effectively.

Facility Management

: Oversee the maintenance of school facilities, including classrooms, dormitories, dining halls, and recreational areas.

Academic Responsibilities
