Hiring for Physiotherapist.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent qualification.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Physiotherapist to join our team. You will work alongside senior physiotherapists and doctors to assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, while gaining hands-on experience with advanced rehabilitation technology in a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Support: Assist in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions using prescribed physiotherapy techniques.

2. Patient Engagement: Educate patients on posture, and self-management while tracking their progress and updating treatment plans.

3. DAVID System Use: Operate DAVID Health Solutions equipment (e.g., DAVID Spine Concept), including setup, patient onboarding, data tracking, and software interpretation.

4. Team Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to align on patient care goals and treatment strategies.

5. Record-Keeping & Learning: Maintain accurate clinical records and stay current with physiotherapy best practices, especially DAVID-related methodologies

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of clinical experience are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge & Skills:

Basic understanding of physiotherapy techniques, anatomy, and rehabilitation methods.Interest or experience in areas such as musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and the healthcare team.Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude toward patient care. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy. Working Conditions: Flexible working hours to accommodate patient needs. The role may involve some evening or weekend shifts depending on clinic requirements.
