Title: Paralegal Quality Analyst

Education:

Masters in Law (LLM)

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of experience of litigation in Court Minimum of 2 years of experience in LPO for backend legal support in personal injury Minimum 2 years of experience in review and quality checking of the legal documents Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills for handling client calls/ client queries Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Role Overview:

Direct internal audits to ensure teams are following set process as recommended by the client Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending Conduct evaluations & RCA to identify areas of improvement Able to deliver coaching on finding areas Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions Prepare, update & validate SOPs Prepare periodic reporting & dashboard
