Nursing Incharge

to lead and manage nursing operations in accordance with hospital standards and patient care protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in their daily responsibilities Ensure proper patient care, safety, and hygiene across assigned departments Allocate duties and maintain staff schedules/rosters Monitor patient charts and nursing documentation for accuracy and completeness Conduct regular rounds to ensure quality nursing services Assist in recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing personnel Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment readiness Handle grievances or disciplinary issues within the nursing team Ensure infection control and nursing audit compliance Collaborate with doctors and other departments for efficient patient management

Skills Required:

Leadership and team management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Clinical knowledge and decision-making ability Familiarity with NABH protocols and hospital standards Time management and multitasking skills
