Job Description

Oversee Production Manage manufacturing operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery while meeting company goals.
Supervise Staff Handle staffing needs, training, and performance management to maximize productivity.
Support New Products Assist in the development and launch of new products to meet operational and project goals.
Drive Continuous Improvement Implement strategies to improve safety, quality, productivity, and overall efficiency.
Promote Lean Manufacturing Use lean methods to reduce waste and enhance production quality and delivery.
Ensure Workplace Safety Maintain compliance with safety regulations, provide training, and create a safe work environment.
Enhance Communication Work closely with internal teams and customers to address concerns and ensure smooth operations.
Be a Team Player Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment to achieve business objectives.
Support Other Departments Assist engineering, quality, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Develop Employees Provide clear direction, training, and leadership to help employees grow and succeed.
Manage Resources Plan and allocate staff and equipment to meet production goals while staying within budget.
Optimize Workforce Maintain the right staffing levels and adjust overtime to support business needs.
Ensure Efficiency Oversee production to achieve 100% delivery, reduce excess inventory, and maximize machine use.
Collaborate with Teams Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Lead Effectively Communicate clearly, pay attention to details, and drive projects to successful completion.
