Job Details: Company: Domestic IT Company Job Type: Permanent (No third party payroll) Exp: 6 - 9 yrs NP: 0 - 30 days Joiners ONLY Location: Mumbai, Nagpur | WFO Budget: 25 - 35 LPA (Best in the industry, Depends on case to case) About You As a Technical Lead you will be involved in research, design and development of cutting-edge solutions in the area of Location Based Services and enterprise mobility. You will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. Develop complex software modules and core frameworks. You must have passion for delivering great product with simple intuitive powerful user experience. Responsibilities \' Lead team across multiple subsystems within applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, design, coding, testing and deployment. \' Provide engineering support to technical staff when they are building, deploying, configuring and supporting systems for customers. Participate actively in software design discussions \' Participate with the engineering and support services teams to define plans for standardizing, scaling and enhancing products and the services utilized to deploy/install/release \' Provide documentation as appropriate including architecture, design documentation, inputs for external specifications; system requirements specifications and end user documentation \' Participate in interactions with customers as a technical expert for product subsystems of those products \' Investigate, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications. Plan, process and perform all jobs in an efficient manner. \' Analyze current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming \' Provide feedback to analyze/train staff about performance considerations / usability issues concerning software specifications and implementation \' Evaluate candidates for hiring in technical subjects and provide recommendations Requirement \' Candidate with total 6 to 8 years of experience in Big Data Stack & Java/J2ee Technology with at least 3 years in Big Data Technologies \' Well versed in Agile development methodology \' Scrum \' Primary Skills: Spark, HDFS, Python, NoSQL DB, Kafka, \' Secondary Skills: Java, Spring, Hibernate \' Exposure to Cloud, Big Data Eco System, Microservices is highly desired \' Experience in using caching solutions like HazelCast, InfiniSpan or Redis \' Good understanding of debugging and monitoring tools like Jconsole, JvisualVM, EclipseMAT \' Good knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline.
