To achieve and provide quality service and total logistics solution to our valued clients.
responsibilities 1. Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently. 2. Complete bookings with carriers and submission of shipping instructions with great accuracy 3. Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of high confidence level 4. Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries. 5. Understand individual customer\'s processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 6. Achieve and monitor customer\'s monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) closely.
