multiple impactful roles

at our Lucknow Lighthouse centre:

Open Positions:

1.

Facilitator & Counselor (Life Skills Trainer)

Conduct the Foundation Course for new students at the Lighthouse. Help students build self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making abilities. Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth.
2.

Outreach Coordinator

Mobilize youth from nearby underserved communities and build strong rapport with families. Act as a role model and explain program benefits clearly and convincingly. Ensure maximum and eligible enrolment in line with program goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Based in or near

Lucknow

, with the ability to join immediately. Relevant educational background and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills ( Hindi & English preferred). Deep empathy for community development and youth empowerment.
