1. Facilitator & Counselor (Life Skills Trainer)

Help youth build confidence, self-awareness, and employability skills through our

Foundation Course

.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging sessions focused on life skills and personal growth Guide youth through self-exploration, communication, goal setting, and values-based learning Support students in building confidence and readiness for career pathways

2. Mobiliser / Outreach Coordinator

Be the face of Lighthouse in the community. Mobilize youth from underserved areas and support them in accessing our skilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with youth and families in local communities to explain program benefits Drive enrolments in line with centre goals Build strong grassroots relationships and act as a role model

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for passionate individuals who are:

Based in or around Palghar

Available for immediate joining

Experienced in community work, youth engagement, or training (preferred) Strong communicators in Hindi/Marathi (English is a plus) Eager to make a real difference in the lives of young people
