Overview
Our client is a Kolkata-based Indian multinational paint company with 16 manufacturing units spread across India.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales strategies for the Government, direct industrial, contractor, applicator/fabricator segment, and dealer channel to align with organizational objectives and business plan.

• Achieve individual sales targets for Admixture, Floor Coating, Waterproofing, and Grouts by managing key accounts of infrastructure contractors.

• Conduct presentations to customers, assist Business Development Manager in obtaining corporate/client approvals, and secure product specification approvals from consultants.

• Monitor local market trends and competitor activities, and take necessary actions to address them.

• Provide continuous support and guidance to the Field Sales and Sales Teams in expanding the contractor base and conducting training on Admixture, Floor Coating, Waterproofing, and Grouts as required.

• Effectively resolve customer issues related to project progress and handle customer complaints.
