Job Opening: Key Accounts Manager - Construction Chemical/Waterproofing/Grouts
About the Company
Our client is an Indian multinational paint company, headquartered in Kolkata, with 16 manufacturing units across India.
Location - Pune
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Government, direct industrial, contractor, applicator/fabricator segment, and dealer channel in alignment with organizational objectives and business plan.

• Meet individual sales targets for Admixture, Floor Coating, Waterproofing, and Grouts by managing key accounts of infrastructure contractors.

• Deliver presentations to customers, support Business Development Manager in obtaining corporate/client approvals, and secure product specification approvals from consultants.

• Monitor competition activities and local market trends, and implement appropriate interventions to counter them.

• Provide continuous support and guidance to the Field Sales and Sales Teams in expanding the contractor base and conducting training on Admixture, Floor Coating, Waterproofing, and Grouts as needed.

• Resolve customer issues related to project progress and handle customer complaints effectively.
