Currently Hiring for IT Recruiter (Contract Staffing)
Must have 6 Months to 1 Year hands on experience in End to End recruitment, Like Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, Interview Scheduling, till the candidate joins the company. Must have 1+ Years experience in Contract Hiring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract positions across multiple technologies.
2. Handle TCS requirements including screening, submission, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
3. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor networks.
4. Maintain a strong pipeline of contract, C2H, and third-party payroll candidates.
5. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely closures.
6. Conduct initial technical screening to assess candidate suitability.
7. Manage documentation, onboarding, and compliance for contract hires.
Required Skills & Experience
1. 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong focus on contract hiring.
2. Proven experience working on TCS requirements or similar large enterprise clients.
3.Good understanding of IT skills such as: Java, .NET, SAP,Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps,Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, etc.
4. Strong knowledge of C2H, third-party payroll, and staffing models.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Work location: HSR Layout Sector 6
7. Work from Office (Mon to Sat) (Alternate Saturday's off)
8. Work timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm
