Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with contract hiring experience and handling requirements for TCS or similar large IT services organizations. Must have experience in end-to-end recruitment, vendor coordination, and managing high-volume technical hiring.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract positions across multiple technologies. Handle TCS requirements including screening, submission, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor networks. Maintain a strong pipeline of contract, C2H, and third-party payroll candidates. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal for timely closures.
Conduct initial technical screening to assess candidate suitability. Manage documentation, onboarding, and compliance for contract hires. 1+years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong focus on contract hiring. Proven experience working on TCS requirements or similar large enterprise clients. Good understanding of IT skills and strong knowledge of C2H, third-party payroll, and staffing models.
Experience in staffing/consulting firms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
