Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards

• Perform risk assessments and develop actionable corrective measures to mitigate identified risks

• Prepare, maintain, and update safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records

• Lead safety training programs and guide workers on site safety rules and best practices

• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to enforce safety protocols and promote accountability

• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence

• Ensure all safety equipment and procedures are in place and functioning effectively

• Collaborate with management to improve HSE performance and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
Requirements:

• Graduation with a recognized qualification in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field

• Valid NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) certification

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in civil construction projects

• Proven experience working on projects in the Middle East is highly preferred

• Strong command of English and Hindi (written and verbal)

• Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety reporting

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and a proactive, disciplined approach to safety management

• Must be medically fit and possess a valid medical fitness certificate
