HR & Admin Executive - :



Make sure all hiring targets are completed on time. Explain the job role clearly to new employees so they work productively. Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters after checking candidate details. Track employee attendance and maintain proper records. Help in monthly salary processing. Arrange training for new joiners and collect feedback from their team leaders. Organize performance review meetings as per schedule. Monitor all departments to ensure proper manpower usage. Safely maintain all employee documents, letters, and reports. Handle files and maintain all official records neatly. Take care of basic system-related tasks. Support billing-related activities. Maintain stock and office materials. Build and maintain good relationships with employees and visitors. Keep the office clean and organized. Maintain a positive and professional work environment. Issue memos to employees when needed. Provide performance-based appraisals when employees improve. Handle office events with enthusiasm. Support team stability and smooth functioning.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
