The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and other HR activities. This role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes and contributes to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances.
Maintain HR records and personnel files.
Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.
Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
Track employee skill development and training records.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles preferred.
