POSITION: - HR & Admin
DEPARTMENT: - HR
REPORT TO: - Manager
Qualification - Graduate
Knowledge of the following skill set:
1. Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
3. Maintain and update employee attendance, records, including personal details, contracts, and benefits information.
4. Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
5. Ensure HR-related compliance with labor laws and regulations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: -
Experience of 4 5 years is mandatory.
Excellent Communication skills required.
Must have knowledge in HR & Admin
