:

We are looking for

Hospital Outpatient (OP) Coders

with strong experience in

Surgical Coding

and

Denials Management

. The ideal candidates should have solid knowledge of

ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS

coding systems, and a proven ability to handle hospital outpatient surgery coding and related denial issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes for

hospital outpatient surgery

encounters. Work on

surgical coding

and

denial resolution

to minimize claim rejections. Ensure adherence to

AAPC/AHIMA

and

compliance standards

. Meet daily/weekly coding productivity and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Experience:

2-5 years

of experience in

hospital OP coding

, specifically

surgical coding

. Experience with

ED (Emergency Department) coding

is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of

denials management and resolution

. Good understanding of

CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II

coding systems. Certification preferred:

CPC, CCS, or equivalent (AAPC/AHIMA)

. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Work Mode: Work from home after 6 Months
