To guide patients and attendants to various health services provided by the hospital
Ensure that right billing takes place based on the kind of service required by the patient
Help patient and attendant
Solving the problems of the patient and clear the queries regarding their case
Guide patient to right departments
Maintain MIS and TAT
Forwarding the complaints to grievance officer
Delivering the reports to the patient
Scheduling and rescheduling the appointments
Preparing the complete TPA files and submitting to Finance department
Submission of any deficiencies / queries raised by the insurance company
Coordination with different departments of the hospital
Qualification: Graduate in any stream/PG / Diploma in any stream

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
