Position - HOD Human Resouce
Years of experience: 12-15 years
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including payroll, attendance, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Lead and manage the recruitment process for all levels, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
Drive performance evaluation processes and support in setting KRAs/KPIs across departments.
Oversee the training and development department, and employee engagement initiatives.
Implement and manage HR technology tools and digital HR processes.
Provide strategic HR guidance to management and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the HR team.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
