Excellent Job Opportunity for a Head Chef - Indian Cuisine to work in Kuwait!
Location: Kuwait
Salary: KWD 650 (Basic) + 1 Duty Meal.
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute authentic Indian menus, including North & South Indian, Tandoori, Curry, Biryani, and regional specialties
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Indian dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff (Sous Chefs, Commis, Kitchen Helpers)
  • Source, inspect, and manage Indian spices, ingredients, and raw materials
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
  • Handle inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO), and supplier coordination
  • Coordinate with restaurant management for menu pricing and promotions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of working experience as a Head Chef - Indian Cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Cuisine techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours if required
  • Age limit: Below 38 years
