Dear Applicant, Hiring for Asset Management Fund accounting( Real Estate/Oil/ Energy/Gas) Roles: SME, SPE, TL,TM Shift- US shift. SPE- 7.5Lpa SME-12Lpa TL-20Lpa TM-25Lpa Notice: Immediate to 1months. : Role : Fund Accountant Designation : Various Levels Experience : 2-3 years for SPE, 3-5 SME, 5-8 TL, 9-12 TM, 11-14 SDM, Key Responsibilities Responsible for Recording Review of daily journal Entries. Responsible for Prepare/Review Cash, Brokerage and various reconciliations on monthly basis. Responsible for reconciliation of Treasury bills, Intercompany, Syndication costs, Royalty revenue, AR/AP and Accrued Expenses. Responsible to Prepare/Review the NAVs on monthly/quarterly basis. Prepare/Review quarterly partnership capital account statements. Prepare/Review quarterly financial statements and Investor Reports as per US GAAP. Prepare/Review Investor Allocations for Cap calls, Distributions and Equalizations Prepare/Review Management fee and Service fee calculations at investor level. Responsible for preparation of Fund tracker, waterfall, and Capital forward files on quarterly basis. Responsible for MIS reporting. Handling Adhoc requests. Coordinate quarterly Investor Reporting: Partner capital accounts, investor reporting requests including assistance to clients on investors queries. Key Requirements Eligibility Criteria: B.com, M.com, MBA, CA (semi and Qualified), CMA and other accounting degrees At least 2 - 7 years of Real estate fund accounting is preferred. Private Equity background can be considered Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in advanced Excel functions. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
