Job Summary:*

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack / MERN Stack Trainer to deliver hands-on training

sessions to students and professionals. The trainer will cover the complete software development

lifecycle, from front-end to back-end, database management, APIs, and deployment, with a strong

focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Key Responsibilities:

? Deliver engaging classroom and/or online sessions on Full Stack & MERN technologies.

? Teach core modules including

? Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js (with Redux).

? Backend: Node.js, Express.js

? Database: MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL.

? Other Tools/Concepts: REST APIs, JWT authentication, Git/GitHub, Agile, CI/CD, Deployment

(AWS/Heroku/Vercel).

? Develop, update, and maintain course curriculum, projects, and assessments.

? Guide students in building real-world, industry-relevant projects.

? Conduct workshops, code reviews, and doubt-clearing sessions.

? Mentor and support learners with interview preparation, coding standards, and problem-solving

techniques.

? Keep training content updated with the latest frameworks and industry practices.

Requirements:

? Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) along with general

Full Stack development knowledge.

? Hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable applications.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Previous experience in training/mentoring (preferred but not mandatory).

? Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners at different skill levels.

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience.
