Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Square and Angle. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting interior design services to potential clients in the real estate industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.
Job Role & Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand company ethics and instructions without bypassing authority.

• Implement sales and marketing strategies to promote interior design services to individual flat/house owners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community managers, association presidents, builders, and developers.

• Identify and pursue business opportunities in Hardcore and B2C sales environments.

• Focus on targeting real estate developers, housing societies, and gated communities.

• Effectively present and communicate interior design offerings to clients, emphasizing the unique value proposition of the company.

• Handle and sell interior design solutions for small, medium, and large-scale residential realty projects and business purposes.

• Maintain a smart and presentable appearance during client presentations and field activities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Provide timely reporting and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

• Must have a bike/car and should have resided in Kolkata or surroundings for a minimum of 6-7 years.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Field Marketing Sales
