are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Thane team in the following roles:

1. Facilitator & Counselor (Life Skills Trainer)

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the

Foundation Course

(introductory course at the Lighthouse) for new students. Guide and counsel youth to help them build essential life skills, confidence, and clarity about their personal and professional goals. Create a supportive, engaging, and inspiring learning environment.

2. Mobiliser / Outreach Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with youth and families in nearby communities and slum areas to raise awareness about the Lighthouse program. Build strong relationships within the community to encourage participation and trust. Motivate and enroll eligible youth into the program in alignment with organizational goals. Be a positive role model, showcasing the values and impact of LCF's initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Based in

Thane

(or nearby areas).

Immediate joiners

are preferred. Passionate about youth development and community empowerment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
