Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) is currently hiring for the following roles at our

Thane

location:

1.

Facilitator & Counselor (Life Skills Trainer)

Deliver the

Foundation Course

--an introductory program for new students at the Lighthouse Centre. Help equip youth with essential life skills to support their personal and professional growth.
2.

Mobiliser / Outreach Coordinator (On field)

Engage and mobilize youth from slum communities in and around Thane. Build strong relationships with community members and serve as a role model. Explain the program's benefits to youth and their families and drive enrolments in line with program objectives.
