Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Kolkata (Central)
Salary: Upto xe2x82xb918,000 in-hand per month + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: 6 Rotational Days (1 Rotational Week Off)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat, resolving customer queries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Tele Sales: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers, promoting our products and services, encouraging repeat business, and generating sales.
Booking for Parties and Get-together :Responding to the calls booking table for parties and get-together.
Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
Sales Targets: Work towards meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs to earn attractive incentives.
Data Management: Record and update customer interactions, feedback, and sales details in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele Sales or Customer Support (preferably in the hospitality or retail industry).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address customer needs effectively and efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Flexibility: Willingness to work 6 rotational days per week, including weekends (1 rotational week off).
Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
