Job Role:

• This role will be responsible for managing a team of appropriately skilled culinary professionals, ensuring standard of food quality and presentation is consistent, and delivering at all times on restaurant brand promise.

• Wherever possible local ingredients should be sought and strong partnerships with local suppliers will be essential.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experiences
Required
?Minimum 3 years experience at a Head Chef level within a large, high-end, high-volume outlet or equivalent industry experience
?Proven results in a high volume, high-end restaurant relevant to the restaurant
?Cultural intelligence obtained through leading or being part of a diverse and multi-national team
?Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting cost control, and P&Ls.
?Proven experience in developing training programs and/or teaching and training Junior Chefs
?Legislative requirements - employment relations, health and safety, food safety, responsible service of alcohol, and Host Responsibility
?Sound and proven oral and written communication skills
?Medium to a high level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and an e-procurement system
