We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy
Digital Process Coordinator
to support, manage, and improve our digital workflows and operational processes. In this role, you will help ensure that digital tools, systems, and processes run efficiently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and document digital processes and workflows across teams
Monitor, maintain, and optimize digital tools and platforms
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Support the implementation of new digital systems or updates
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards
Provide training, guidance, and support to staff on digital processes
Track performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience in process coordination, operations, or digital systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with digital tools, software platforms, and data
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with workflow automation or process-mapping tools
Familiarity with project management software
Basic understanding of data analysis or reporting
