Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices.
Work closely with designers and developers to enhance user experience and visual appeal.
Conduct user experience testing and gather feedback to improve website usability.
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, accessible, and optimized for all devices.
3? SEO & Digital Marketing Support
Coordinate with SEO teams to ensure websites are optimized for search engines (SEO-friendly structure, content, keywords, meta tags).
Collaborate with marketing teams to align website content with campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Support the integration of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and report on KPIs.
Assist in implementing website personalization strategies to improve engagement.
4? Content Coordination & Communication
Liaise with various internal departments (marketing, product, legal, HR, leadership) to gather and upload accurate, timely content.
Coordinate with external vendors, content creators, and developers as needed.
Manage website content calendars and publishing schedules.
Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all website content.
5? Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage website enhancement projects from conception to launch.
Maintain clear project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders.
Ensure website compliance with legal and data privacy regulations.
6? User acquisition for assigned portals
Identify the right channels for user acquisition
Run online and offline user acquisition campaigns using internal teams, agencies, social media channels etc.
Manage user communication to keep the users engaged and active such as newsletters, updates, articles.
Manage ROI, monetization to ensure portals are profitable
Manage customer support to keep users happy satisfied by coordinating with relevant team
