Responsibilities

Coordinating with assigned team and retaining the business in motor vertical (Two wheeler segment).

Client Relationship Management:

This involves regular communication with our Existing and New clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Understanding client needs

: Assessing and identifying client needs to tailor product offerings and provide personalized solutions.

Responding to inquiries:

Promptly addressing business partners inquiries and requests, providing clear and concise information.

Resolving complaints:

Resolving business partners, complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
