Hiring for Customer Support Executive at Tech Mahindra Ltd for International Voice Process
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and complaints through inbound/outbound calls
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems
Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including nights/weekends)
Familiarity with CRM tools and call center systems
