To implement the training curriculum successfully and in a timely manner. To achieve a desirable training output. Developing training content. Review existing training materials and make revisions, as necessary, as per instructional design. Develop classroom agenda, timelines and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to participants. Monitor progress of new hires during the 0 to 30 Calendar days post classroom Monitor calls and provide feedback to the agents on the floor. Familiarity with project specific technology. To interact with Clients effectively. Generate training reports. Giving structured feedback. Complete daily training administrative work such as tracking of student data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required in a timely and accurate manner. Participate in training design as per the Instructional Design Team. Hold calibration sessions to ensure standardization of the learning systems. To collaborate with the Instructional Design, Quality, and Performance Consulting teams to achieve classroom innovation. To contribute towards building an excellent training delivery team. People Management/ People Development. Standard for Measuring Success: Training NHT metrics. 100% completion of class records to departmental standards.
