Process- Customer service Voice
Inbound Voice Process (US Healthcare )
Graduate/HSC Fresher with Excellent communication skills.
Qualified Technical or Hotel Management Degrees are not eligible.
Any BPO Experience with complete documents available will be added advantage.
Salary for Graduate Fresher/EXP - 3LPA, Airoli - 3.3LPA
Inhand salary- 21k inhand both for freshers and Exp
Night shift allowance - 0 to 3,000 PM
Rotational shift predominantly night shifts
Any 2 week offs
Full-time Students - Not Eligible
Night home drop
Self-Travelling & Out of boundary - Not Eligible

Svar Score (aptitude test/voice & accent test)- Minimum Passing 50+ ( Swar will be conducted before Ops round )
Mode of Interview - Face to face
Interview timing:
Airoli -3pm to 4:30pm
