Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer queries over voice calls for international clients.
Deliver excellent customer service with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating unresolved queries as needed.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions in internal systems.
Meet performance benchmarks including quality and response time.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in an International BPO voice process.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
Work Schedule:
Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts
Working Days: 5 days a week with any 2 rotational days off '
