Hiring for International Voice Process Customer Service executive
We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist global customers with queries, complaints, and service requests. Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment. Prior experience in a BPO or call center setting is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong language skills are welcome.
