Job Role:
Responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers, meet sales targets.
Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in NBFC products and services.
Sales and Cross-Selling: Sell and cross-sell products to customers.
Customer Service: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns.
Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and updates.
Referrals: Generate referrals from existing customers.
Event Participation: Participate in promotional events, campaigns and activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience as CRE in any Sales. ( NBFC Preferred)
Proven track record in sales, credit, and collections management
Strong understanding of NBFC loan products and customer profiles
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage teams and meet targets under pressure
Graduate degree required
