We are looking for a skilled

CMM Operator

to perform precise inspection and measurement of components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program CMM machines (preferably with

Zeiss Calypso / Mitutoyo software

). Perform part inspection as per drawings and specifications. Prepare and maintain inspection reports and dimensional records. Verify and calibrate measuring instruments and fixtures. Identify dimensional deviations and communicate with production and engineering teams. Ensure all quality procedures and safety standards are followed. Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis for quality issues.

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / B.E in Mechanical or Production Engineering. 1.8 to 5 years of experience in CMM operation in a

precision / manufacturing / automotive / aerospace

industry. Hands-on experience in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T. Knowledge of measuring instruments like micrometer, vernier, height gauge, etc. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel). Good communication and teamwork skills.
