Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of meals professionally, including breakfast items, burgers, steaks, salmon, waffles, chicken, and other menu specialties.

• Ensure all food served meets high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

• Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations.

• Coordinate and update the menu based on seasonal availability, guest feedback, and operational needs.

• Participate in the procurement of necessary food items and manage inventory effectively.

• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely meal preparation.

• Monitor and follow up on food orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

• Perform regular cleaning of kitchen areas and proper storage of equipment and ingredients.

• Provide guidance and training on preparing special dishes and customized meals as required.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Valid hotel certificate or equivalent culinary qualification.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in professional kitchen settings with a strong track record in cooking.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure during peak hours.
