Role & Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent written English and typing skills
Graduate in any stream (2022 batch eligible)
Comfortable with rotational night shifts
Positive attitude and ability to multitask
