SR. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CHAT PROCESS (INSULET)



Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer chats for Insulet's products & services.

- Resolve queries related to orders, product info, troubleshooting, and returns.

- Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely solutions while maintaining high CSAT scores.

- Escalate complex issues to senior agents or supervisors as per SOPs.

- Maintain chat logs, update CRM, and ensure data accuracy.

- Meet daily productivity & quality targets (average chat handling time, CSAT, QA scores).

Required Skills
- Strong written English communication (grammar, tone, clarity).

- Ability to multitask (handle 3-5 chats simultaneously).

- Basic typing speed (??40?WPM) with good keyboard navigation.

- Customer?centric mindset & patience under pressure.

Experience
- Minimum 6?months in an international BPO handling customer service (voice or chat).

- Prior chat support experience preferred; voice background acceptable with strong written skills.

Work Details
- Shift: 11?AM?-?8?PM (any 9?hour window).

- Days: 5?days/week, 2 rotational offs (including weekends).

- Location: Thane (office?based).

- Salary: Up to ?25?k in?hand (???3.6?LPA).

Qualifications
- HSC or Graduate (any stream).
