Job Description

Belstar Microfinance is Hiring for Chartered Accountants with 1-2 years of Post qualified expereince.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Statements

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IND-AS Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Audit & Compliance

Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits. Ensure compliance with RBI norms and other regulatory requirements. Maintain adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

Taxation & Budgeting

Prepare and file tax returns (direct and indirect taxes). Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support in tax planning and advisory.

Accounting Operations

Finalization of accounts and reconciliation. Implement and optimize accounting strategies and processes. Ensure smooth integration between LMS (Loan Management System) and ERP systems.

Advisory & Strategic Support

Provide accounting advisory on complex financial products and transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the NBFC , BFSI sector / Audit Firms Strong understanding of financial regulations, RBI guidelines, and accounting standards. Proficiency in INDA AS is Must Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
