Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms or suites.
Provide a personalized welcome (e.g., welcome drinks, amenities, or unpacking service).
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, preferences, and special requests.
Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Assist with packing/unpacking luggage and wardrobe organization.
Arrange laundry, pressing, and shoe-shine services.
Deliver room service meals or beverages discreetly and professionally.
Manage wake-up calls, travel arrangements, and dining or spa reservations.
Offer turndown services and ensure room readiness to the highest standards.
Operational Duties
Conduct room inspections before guest arrival and after departure.
Maintain Butler pantry cleanliness and readiness at all times.
Assist with VIP check-ins/check-outs and suite show-arounds.
Provide in-room dining service following fine dining etiquette.
Ensure compliance with hotel service standards and SOPs.

Head Butler / Butler Supervisor / Guest Relations Manager
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Operations.
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining service.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Discreet, courteous, and well-groomed appearance.
Strong understanding of etiquette, service protocol, and cultural awareness.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and international service standards.
